OUR STORY

Chaplain Armstrong grew up in Plano, Texas, just outside of Dallas. A couple of years after graduating high school, he moved to Missouri where he attended Bible school. Matt has been in ministry from an early age and has always loved helping people in their time of need. Following the Lord's leading, he has ministered as a chaplain for many years.

Matt has been happily married to his beautiful wife Annie for over sixteen years. They are blessed with five wonderful children. The Armstrongs have served in different ministries including Children's Pastors, Youth Pastors, Associate Pastors and currently serving as Senior Pastors. In each of their ministry positions, they have served as a family to reach their community for Christ.

Chaplain Armstrong began his chaplain ministry back in 2008 at a volunteer fire department in southeast Missouri. After serving and attending chaplain classes, he began to feel a burden for chaplain ministry. However, it was not until the summer of 2016 that the door opened and the purpose become clear to pursue a ministry in  Emergency Chaplaincy care.
